Hong Kong Company Incorporation

Company Secretarial Services
Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance stipulates that a Hong Kong limited company must appoint a Company Secretary to perform statutory duties of the company. Our company secretarial services are managed by a Hong Kong Chartered Secretary who provides services including:
